Once your order comes in, we carefully pack it and get it out the door, usually within 1–3 days for most orders. From there, delivery typically takes 4–7 days, so you're looking at about a week door to door for most people.

Yes, that's the whole point. Load a few balls, switch it on, and let him go, you don't need to stand there running it. Plenty of people set it going before they head out or while they're getting on with something else around the house, and the dog just plays. Only thing to keep in mind: it's not a substitute for checking in on him now and then, especially the first few times, just so you know he's using it properly.

The sensor cuts it off if anything's within 2 metres of the front: kid, dog, whatever. So it won't fire while someone's standing right in front of it.

Yep, both work great. Outdoors it's perfect on grass, patio, or deck. Indoors it's honestly one of the best parts, pop it in the living room or hallway and your dog gets a full session without you lifting a finger, rain or shine. Just steer clear of using it out in the rain.
