Processing Time

Once you place your order, our team gets to work packing it up carefully. Most orders (about 90%) are processed and ready to ship within 1–3 business days. Occasionally, during busier periods, this can take a little longer — we appreciate your patience.

Delivery Time

After your order ships, most packages (around 62%) arrive within 4–7 days. Some orders may take a bit longer depending on your location and carrier conditions, but rest assured, it's on its way to you and your pup.

Please Note

We've been seeing a lot of love for Fetchless lately, which means order volumes are higher than usual. While we work hard to get every order out as quickly as possible, processing and delivery times may occasionally run a little longer during high-demand periods. Thanks for bearing with us — good things are worth the wait, and so is your dog's new favorite toy.
